"Was working ok- never liked a couple features, yet, lately not working well at all!!!! Says the same as others that posted! ``Uh oh`` with error message when I try to search history. When I switch screens all the detection options are set as error. I rebooted my internet at home, no change. I tried rebooting from my telephone and said network wrror-qouldnt reboot. Cannot ever turn sound on from the telephone app. Maybe I`ll delete and re-install app on phone."

"I`ve had these cameras and app for more than a year without major incident. An update to the app a few weeks ago totally broke them and I can`t ever view my own cameras via this app, which makes them nearly useless. I can log into the app, but when I try to view an event or any camera live, a ``device encryption`` window pops up and asks for a password. The app password doesn`t work and have no idea what it wants. So im locked out. Two-step verification is also broke. Turn it off. Fit it. Now."

"I hate lorex waste of money on this camera system because it takes literally hours to find a few seconds of video. It will only show you three to five seconds of video anytime it finally loads. I don`t know how they sell these. I tried to find a theft on the video and it will take at least 3 hours to find 5 Seconds of video I need. 90% of your time is spent blank screen loading"
