"Worked great at first but once we registered and logged in it tells us password error 11301 even though it logged us in and it is the right password. There is no way to reset the app and all apps by this developer keep the same info with the same problem. We cannot get the company to respond with a solution and we`ve tried all the other apps that work with dvrs that we could find and they don`t work away from home. Please someone HELP we either need a solution so we can again get this app to work or we need a comparable substitute ASAP. Thank you."

Some features like email alert only in Windows Desktop app? No snapshot attachment in email alert either? I was able to get everything working. Now trying to get dyndns working from ext location. Crashing sometimes."
