You require digital imprivements in all your btanches as your customer experience is sad, slow and primitive compared to other fast food places in Amman. I hope you really take my comments into considerstion as I probably am your most frequent customer in Amman. Your preparation is slow and there is no coordination what so ever between your employees. Empower them with digital solutions and train them."

"أسوأ مطعم على الاطلاق .. حرفيا من قلبي هالكلام من سنين ونحنا بناكل بوبايز تتبيلتهم طيبة .. من ١٠ سنوات تقريبا اصبح التعامل معاه كابوس .. كل مرة باخد اوردر وبندم .. جودة الدجاج سيئة .. مرات بيوصلني نيء .. او لونه مائل للسواد ( قديم ) .. الطلب دايما ناقص رغم انه السعر فلكي .. اصبح هناك العديد من المطاعم افضل وبديله عنه .. حاولو مقاطعته .. او ادارة بوبايز بتحاول تراجع حساباتها بتوظيف الكوادر جيدة او الاسعار تكون ملائمة للمجتمع الموجود فيه وان يكون هناك رقابة على نظافة المكان لانه الدجاج اله ريحه"
