"IT for CHAS must be 3 underpaid guys in a single office, because whoever is coding this app is clearly underpaid and understaffed. Half the app just redirects to the website and/or reprompts you to log in, the other half doesn`t want to load properly and doesn`t include most of the self service options on the website. To be fair, its the same for most health facility apps, but a low bar doesn`t excuse low effort."

"I love having all our information together and immediately available. I`m able to have all family members info in one spot but still seperated by person, so I don`t have to look through everything to find one specific thing. You can do everything from the app. It was difficult for me to set up, but I`m not very good with technology so it might have just been me-but when I called for help the staff were smart and so nice to me, within a couple minutes I was all set and running right."

They literally called me everyday and we are moving over from a different state where we had absolutely no support system so having cash and having actual fast quality Care is amazing to me I`m so thankful.
