"This app is absolutely awful, it lags and is slow, to top it off when you have an issue you have no direct way of contacting customer service since they don`t have a telephone number, you have to go thru stupid questions to fill in a form and wait for ages until they reach out to you IF they do, because I have been in that position twice and only of one time of the two they have answered my email, currently waiting to hear from them again, it`s very annoying and upsetting."
