"App is easy to use and easy to earn points. The issue comes when you actually redeem a gift card. It tells you that you will receive the reward within 15 minutes. Here we are a week later, two emails requesting help, and no reward gift card received. No one responded to either email. I would give 5 stars if you could actually receive rewards as it is stated you can, or if someone would even respond and handled the situation in a timely manner."
