"This app and the website are rubbish. You click to sign in or book on to any classes and it does nothing, or it gets stuck ``spinning``. And don`t try to call the gyms, because no-one will answer in reception... I just wanted to find out if I booked onto a class and have given up after 30 mins!! And it`s not the first time this has happened! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!"
