I attempted to reset my password but I never received the e-mail with the verification code and yes I checked my junk mail. Unfortunately this app is mandatory to book training appointments. Timify worked so well but some genius decided to ruin a good thing. Because of the incompetence of this app I am unable to train and therefore just donating my money to Fitness First. I will shortly cancel my membership because I don`t like paying for nothing."
