"Booking system wasn`t great before but it`s been made worse. I made 1 booking at another gym and now my quick booking suggestions are always for that gym. Having to enter login details within an app I`m already signed in to and the flow for the booking process doesn`t made it an easy process. Does the app developer hate people that want to get/keep fit and healthy?"

"I dont know what you did to the app during lockdown but it doest work as well as it did before, you have to log in every time you want to make a booking and you have to select your gym each time. also I cant cancel a booking via the app any more I have to ring the gym direct please return to the previous way of doing things as it was much better I would also like a better selection of fitness trackers to be linked to the app. i have a haewai app and watch and this is not one of the ones you can link to more fitness"
