"If i could give no star i would.I could never get the app working and when i called customer service to activate my card after several attempts online they asked me to send in all kinds of verification before they will activate my card even though all the information matched what i typed in on the application she said it was wrong.customer service was no help at all and rude.I will close the account and cut the card up.had i known it was another netspend company i would`ve never gotten it anyway"

"I`ve been with control hard since 2009. They`ve never let me down thru several issues. Yes I said several. Point is each time they took care the issue with no problems from the company. I`ve had $$$ taken off my card from states I was never in. But I presented my proof and got refunded each time. I always got my $$ from work days a head of others. What`s 5$ fee to avoid fees at the register. Also for $5 fee monthly I get $10 credit, which has came in handy multiple times."
