"I`m in awe of what this web app can do, and couldn`t wait to try it on my phone so that my best productivity app could go with me everywhere. There`s always bits of time that could be well spent connecting. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars right now is that when I add a note in the history of my contact, I can`t update the contact reminder. That reminder is my favorite feature - I need to be able to interact with it on the fly. Thanks guys! I`ll update this review as soon as that feature changes, otherwise good job."

"I’ve used one CRM for 15 years however it was a little clunky when it came to sales and follow-ups – great for recruitment and invoicing but I always had a gap with my follow up calls. "Nimble shows recent contacts first. For me, thats not helpful. Nimble isn`t moving clients into position based on conversations. And I can`t remove them. My dead bestie shows as my most common contact. Hes been dead 2 years. The fact I can`t choose what I see, a definite star drop. I don`t see an option to see ``messages``. A star drop.
