"It takes forever to open. When you click on the app icon it takes 20 seconds to open. Then 20 seconds to open each story. By the time the story opens my screen has already gone into screensaver mode. I like reading news from New Jersey but this app in no fun to use."

"Duplicate Accounts & Unauthorized Charges! I`ve had to report them to the NJ Attorney General`s office. Beware of these sharks. They are now owned by Gannett Group, and are apparently living up to their name. They make it virtually impossible to cancel your subscription, will make charges for less than $10, then tell you it`s their policy not to refund anything under $10. I set up an account with them on October 9th at 8:01pm, and they set up 2 accounts at exactly that time. I wrote to them and they told me I would not be charged for the duplicate. I was. I then wrote to them again, and it has taken me until today, 25 emails, 2 app ``chats`` and a long phone call to get them to simply cancel my trial digital account. I`m still out for the duplicate $3.00! They outsource their ``customer service`` to some far off land, and leave customers literally at this third party`s mercy. Your payment will be processed by this third party, and as a result they will make fraudulent charges and refuse to rectify them. You will discover it is impossible to find someone at North Jersey or Gannett to talk to. Never, in all of my life have I experienced such terrible, blatant racketeering. I can only imagine how many elderly they are successfully ripping off through duplicate charges. Avoid them."
