I am having to pay to start the 1.5 page form all over again for a name that wasn`t added the first time. And the amount they charge, just take your documents to your bank. So now, I`m paying twice for something customer service just told me to go fix since he doubled back and said, oh nevermind, can`t do that after waiting 30 minutes to ask."

Told me ``if you only got one page go to your local UPS.`` The point is that I waited over 2 hours! I thought it would be more convenient. I put my phone numbers on there so they can contact me when they`re ready, but no one ever contacted me. It was frustrating because I already waited over 2 hours & instead of helping that was the response I got. Very unprofessional."
