"An overall solid banking app for small business owners. I haven`t yet had any major problems with the app itself. Trying to log onto the website through my desktop, however, tends to be a huge struggle. The authentication is just very buggy on the desktop version, for whatever reason that may be. Fix that, continue to make fluidity improvements to the user experience overall, and continue to work on neat features, and I`ll gladly continue to use this for all my business account needs!"

"Novo`s customer service makes them unusable for businesses requiring any interaction with them. The login process & support access are intentionally difficult. They are meant to act as a deterrent. Yes, security is important with online banking. But this is intended to minimize support costs. Read the numerous bad reviews & look at the replies. This shows how little they value customer interactions. Remember that Novo will have TOTAL CONTROL over your business finances. It`s not worth the risk."

I have reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times over not being able to fund my account and all they say is that they are going to follow up and NEVER EVER do. When you try to talk (msg) another agent, all they do is tell you that the original agent will follow up and close the new ticket immediately although I explain that the agent never follows up or replies to me. Save yourself. Go somewhere else."

I was suppose to get my debit card last year December 2nd and we are in February 2023 and still waiting. I called customer service and submitted different tickets and all they can tell me is am sorry for this inconvenience. Am closing the account I waited to long."

They canceled the debit card due to fraud. 7 months later still haven`t gotten a replacement. Check holds are terrible 7 days on every check I`ve ever deposited not a single one has bounced. Honestly stick to a real bank you`ll be happier"
