The developer responded immediately, kindly refunded the Trek Messenger skin, and was unaware of their (however so-called legal) criminal activity. One is now required to make a one time purchase of $59.95 or monthly sub of $9.99 (ironically the original one time fee). Byeee GO SMS Pro, it was buggy knowing ya. No theme app is worth $59.95, come on!"
