"Would rate this a 0 if I could. Finally got my device added and now it non-stop crashes. The real sucky part is the app won`t let you use it unless it connects to a device. So I can`t really use my device as I need to as the app renders my device useless. Looking at the feedback this has been happening for awhile and NuFace isn`t fixing it. Guess I have to return the device."

"I was able to add my original trinity fine. The new mini+ I just bought I was able to add and pair, but it didn`t show up on the list of devices. So I unpaired it. Now, it will just force close every time I try to add the mini. It does that for any of the new devices. Part of the reason I bought the new mini was the app. It seems y`all have some major work to do just to get the app to even function. If you haven`t already bought the new device, you may want to wait for the bugs to be fixed."

"This app is a disaster. It won`t open without your birthday and it must be entered via a calendar date function requiring clicking back month by month. For anyone trying to use the app this is ABLEIST and causes repetitive motion damages to the joints. Clearly no one Beta tested this app on actual users."

"App suddenly shuts off after routines. App doesn`t record completed routines. Turning off ``take a photo`` option doesn`t actually turn it off - the prompts still appear. No links to purchase activators/other products. Too many cis white models, drawings of white women, and overall `femme` feel lacks diverse representation of people who may use this product. Doesn`t the company want to sell more units? I guess not, since this app is so much dreck."

"Once I try to pair my mini+, I am repeatedly prompted to do my fingerprint. I have to force stop the app. I have uninstalled and installed again multiple times. Still doesn`t work. It`s a shame, because it looks like there`s some good content here. No point in having a Bluetooth enabled device if the app doesn`t work."

"1st I like that it gives you guidance so 5 stars for that. 2nd The interface is a tiny clunky. Example: after doing the 11 minute full face and neck it didn`t seem to know that I was finished and wanted me to start the whole regime over again even giving me a pop up box that warned I would loose my progress. Not a big deal to me but might 2 some others. 3rd I think the problems reported have been fixed bc I didn`t have any issues w sync, bdays, and install. The app + mini has potential. Android"

"The ``treatment`` experience is grinding. I can`t figure out how you think this is better than simply watching a video. And blocking access to ``app exclusive`` treatments because your customer doesn`t have the right device connected doesn`t help. Finally, there`s no volume control during a treatment. It`s either a very loud voice or no sound. This app should be a value-add for existing customers as well as new buyers - it`s 100% not."
