"Cant generate token at first, the token page freezed whenever i login. Called service hotline and they guide me to cleared all data and cache and reinstall the app but problem still exist. Lodged a report to the IT team, they got back to me after a few days and asked me to try again. Now i cant even login. It either stated my password or ID was wrong, or ``for some reason we cant proceed``. Caused me many inconvenience as I am overseas now, my business flow and fund got stuck. This is very wrong!"

Just 26 09 22 at 23hrs wanted to access to check my today transaction and for no reason this apps error again and again without notice on whether is a maintenance or ??.
