Said i needed to get a refund through the app. Got home, no way to get refund through app. Emailed Jamba, they didnt reply. They essentially stole $5 from me. Charged me for 2 waffles i never got, and ignored my request to fix the situation. Just another giant corporation that doesn`t care about it`s customers; just it`s bottom line dollar."
