I asked multiple times to be taken off ``the club`` email, text notification lists to no avail. During expiration of my contract I was harassed by retention agents several times each telling me they hadn`t been able to contact me on previous attempts when I stated on every call I had no intention to sign an extension. The website seriously needs rework"
