I no longer trust this company, and they charge a lot for the ring and a monthly service charge. I also have a Samsung watch. Their numbers match the beta. It does more and no service fee. As for the app, it takes forever to connect to my ring."

If you do not purchase their subscription then you do not get any information from your ring like your basic heart rate, steps, and body temp. You are just left with an expensive plastic ring without access to the sensors. As it is, I see nothing from my sensors. Your step counter is nowhere even close to being accurate so that is a useless option. Garmin does a lot better! (Watch for canned reply below.)"
