"Simply unsatisfied, just another number to this institution. Have a steady solid income though I do not have credit, even though I have a great job that`s secure, it doesn`t matter. I can not get a line of credit, credit card, or loan. I get the whole credit bs but look at the numbers, I make money.... Point and fact, but declined. Have no debt, no payments other than rent and still. Plus I have automobile insurance that has never been past due. Does that not count towards credit?"

"Update: for the past 3 months mobile deposit will only show 1 cheque photo, never both(front&back). Which makes mobile deposit impossible. I think I may change to another bank. Not convenient anymore. Absolutely dislike the update, it`s far too time consuming. The previous format would allow me to see all my transactions with one tap, now I have to do 10 taps, this is NOT user friendly at all!!! Whomever designed this release took it all the way back to the stone age."

"Need to change phone number. Give new number and it wants to send code to OLD number. OLD is no longer valid, that`s why I need to change it! Now can`t sign in. Get that fixed and discover the App only works on one device. It wants to call with a code and if you are not using that device, you obviously can`t get the code. Customer frustration is their primary goal and they have succeeded admirably."
