"As a daily customer I used to collect the points, then use them to get a free drink or have discount on food or a free drink upgrade. I won`t be doing this anymore as there`s no way I`m going to store my bank details and pay through this app. Totally unnecessary and a poor business move. It`s back to Nero and Costa for us!!"

"I used to like going to Coffi Co, but this app has ended that. I don`t want to spend an age setting up an app. I just want to pay for my drink. There are plenty of other coffee shops out there and NONE of the others expect customers to go through this rigmarole. Until I can pay in person for what I`ve bought I`m not going back."
