"Ok UI and process for signing up (but not great). Key problems came when using the app. I was in store today and bought 30 pounds worth of food, after paying I showed the app to the person who served with me (8th visit is free). Was told quite rudely ``oh you have to show us that before you pay``. Ok great I will delete the app, and won`t be dealing with itsu again ever. I have not seen this way of working in other loyalty apps. This interaction and app left me very unhappy."

Also I can`t see where the offer you got are in the app and if they are being applied confusing. Will update review once fixed. I know the app is in beta or that but it is so confusing and I can`t even see if the offer applies to me or not."
