"Adds some settings and adjustment, as well as device specific user instructions and pics on top of the already amazing ``find my headset`` app functionality that is still available separately for older/simpler headsets. Update, 12-22: the app fails to recognize my headset, like others it is paired successfully over bluetooth. Customer service suggested I get an app called Polly lens. Doesn`t exist in the app store. Then suggested I try a computer based program to update my Bluetooth headset."

"Too bad it doesn`t do anything. Just keeps dumping you to the devices manual. REALLY bad update. I had to uninstall it because it just didn`t do anything. †********* V5200. I dropped to V4.0 of the S/W and it saw it and functions. All the latest version does is to pop up the user guide. ********* App starts. wants location turned on, yes OR no then what device you have. Loads users guide. ONLY thing can do is tap back arrow. Repeat. I`m out of space for reply.**** no work out of space here."

It`s suppose to let you customize the equalization, which is critical as we need to remove all the bass so sound doesn`t travel out of room.. however, it`s very misleading, you can only choose two other presets (which sound virtually identical and all very bass heavy). I don`t know why they didnt do the industry standard and let you adjust levels of low, mid, high frequencies.. seems like a dumb decision, and misleading to says you can modify the equalization when you cannot."
