"Great product and service hence 5* the app does need some added functionality which I`m told it`s in the works. Very happy with product and support."

"Porcketsmith has along way to go to become a must have budgeting app. They need to do a lot of work! For now, I`m sticking YNAB. I`ll come back and check it out in a couple of years"

"Good, but not great product, when it works. But when a bank feed breaks, support is poor. Just be wary that their attitude is that the feeds are provided by Yodlee and they don`t guarantee 100% uptime. That`s the standard line you`ll get. Also their attitude is that if the majority of feeds are working, you`re still getting a ``service`` even though you now have an incomplete picture of your finances. So when a feed breaks, you`re pretty much stuck paying for a service you`re not getting."

"Haven`t been using that long (1 week) but disappointed there`s not a widget for quick budget viewing. Happy with the app features so far though although all budgeting must be done through the desktop web app."

"Pretty good app for quickly categorising the transactions, but missing key
features: create category, change budget date, push alerts when new
transactions. Overall though performs well, is clean and nice to use."

"Can`t sync to my account. Just paid $100, and dissapointed within 3 minutes of getting the App. Maybe the improvement notice screen after ANZ log in is too much for it to handle."

"Its great but it needs to use notifications instead of relying on emails. It would be awesome if it would send you a notification as soon as you make a purchase to remind you to assign it to a category/budget and notification when you are close to your budget limit etc but still love it"

"Very new to the app but seems good so far. It`s a window into your Pocketsmith. Would be nice to see a date picker for the budget section so i could look back at lady month`s budgets"

"I`ve been looking for a budgeting app similar to Mint and this is def the most similar so far, but still not quite as robust. Huge downside is the app has very limited features compared to the web version - it`s really only useful to get a quick spending summary but if you want to split transactions, adjust budgets, etc you have to do that on the web... which defeats the purpose of wanting an app. The high subscription cost isn`t worth the mediocre features so I don`t think I`ll be continuing."

"I switched from YNAB last year to PocketSmith and I can say that it was worth! The automatic bank feed sync is working great with a wide range of different banks too. Plus I want to highlight that the support is always available and very helpful! ❤️"

"Have come over from Toshl and surprised this app doesn`t get more love. Desktop interface is great and love the bank sync. Forecasting, reports, it`s all outstanding. Well done."

"Free version of app/ website is excessively impracticable due to the need to manually import transactions. There`s otherwise nothing wrong with the programs from a functionality or features standpoint (at least in my experience). I actually think it`s good, but paying $100+ a year for an app focused on financial management would be excessive and a bit ironic. Manual importation renders it a bit pointless unless you only care about general long-term trends. Need real-time awareness of spending."

"The actual service is fantastic. It`s maybe not as smooth to setup as something like YNAB but I find it much more flexible. I feel more empowered to use it in a way that suits my needs. My only gripe is the android app takes forever to load. Not sure what framework you`re using, but this ain`t it chief. Also hell yeah built in NZ baybeee."
