When it works it`s fine but half the time I open it it needs an update or I end up uninstalling and reinstalling it. I have missed more calls due to this app than any other I use. "Strange. I have been a patient since this clinic open. Today was strange appt at 4 p. m. Arrived at 3:25 receptionist didn`t acknowledge me while she was on the phone for 10 minutes no one else left or came in for earlier appt but I wasn`t seen until 4 while she stayed on phone. Wasn`t familiar with this receptionist but in the past if I arrived early and their no one else scheduled I would have been seen earlier. NP was great, but receptionist need to be more interested in patients and job."
