"This app occasionally hangs up and freezes. Lately it has refused to load the paper and today is asking for $1.99 for one download even though I have a valid annual subscription. Fix the bugs! Update: still not fixed. They have now charged me for an additional annual subscription but only given me a month`s access! I`m now out 18 months access!"

Even the help email provided is returned undeliverable. New addition: Thankfully, my problems have been resolved but it took several phone calls to achieve. I guess I have to amend this comment to say the program itself works well but I will again say that the runaround I went through with the various contacts was less than pleasant."
