"I cancelled my Prezi subscription a year ago, noticed an authorised payment. I checked my bank account and I`ve still been charged monthly. I logged in with my email account on the web to check it and you didn`t even have my account created (clearly I cancelled it) so how are your charging me????? There is NO method to cancel a subscription (there is no cancel button in Manage Licence). Trying to get anyone from Prezi to contact me for a refund of all unauthorised charges is near impossible. Stay clear of this company!!!"
