"The app was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now I can`t even access the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and verified I was correct user on the same device I previously used and it opened and said `no account info, something went wrong, please refresh. ` I did refresh yet still no account info. I closed the app, then tried to reopen it and it doesn`t open at all. It was convenient to use, instead of calling to check account. What happened?"

"I don`t know what the heck happened, but I can`t deposit checks anymore. Firstly, my camera ends up getting warped to the point where no matter how I turn it, it seems to be tilted in the wrong direction. Second, once i get it back to it`s normal view, it doesn`t seem to take the picture of my check. Like it can`t read it. I am so frustrated right now cause it means I have to drive for miles to my nearest priority one bank, which is like 15 miles away from where I live. UGH!"
