I logged on after receiving my spot cream because I wanted to find clear directions and struggled immensely to find what I needed. I`m a self -serve user so I hate going to customer support and avoid if I can. After 10 minutes of pushing random buttons trying to find directions, I was able to locate it. Please use more direct language, get rid of the crazy # of drop down options, and just simplify."
