"Dont bank with RBC. The app itself is useless in accomplishing tasks when they are time sensitive and urgent. Examples include: locking your RBC Visa while fraudulent transactions are happen. App let me dual authenticate once using my ID then stopped working with no explanation. Other things like disputing transactions, does not work on the app, you need desktop. Finally the reps you reach for customer service through the app, are also untrained, it will take 3-4 calls to get a card frozen."

When you think you have enough money and app tells you that you have enough money: an entire month`s worth of payments hit you because they simply didn`t process immediately. Or all your funds are gone and it takes a week to tell you why. Why is there no feature to check your balance on certain days? That can help a little. Either make your systems better or find workarounds to help users when the systems are too slow."
