Update: After contacting support, they clarified you cannot start a charging session with a balance below $5, though this does not appear to be stated anywhere. They also claim you can reload the balance $1 at a time, but the app won`t allow any transaction of less than $10."

The love stealing money from your wallet since you already pre-paid. No support contact except via email makes resolving any issue even more pathetic experience. Stay away if you don`t want to loose your hard earned money."
