Customer service fixed it in Sept for me but also told me they didn`t have an account for my email address I`ve used for the entirety of my service. I It`s again not allowing me to log in. Won`t let me log on with my Amazon account which was working. I get a giant error message & have been for about a week. I`m switching to Amazon music since you can transfer playlists."
