Had great experience with fresh2day offline shopping but I had few issues while ordering items online with them..I posted my feedback here and after their reply here, I mailed them my issue..They resolved the issue immediately and also apologized for the same..Also they accepted few of my requests to stop these kind of issues in future. "I ordered mangoes. They did not deliver but they updated the order status to `Delivered`. When I called and enquired, they did not even cared about apologising or explain me why it happened. Instead asked me if i want to reorder for delivery for which i refused. Guys, spend some minimal efforts to equip your customer support and delivery. It looks all your focus are on the advertisement."
