"This app is so glitchy. I run a tight clock in my truck and I cannot tell you how many times I`ve been placed in violation because this app works fine for a time, but then 3-4 hours later will change my duty status with no warning for no apparent reason. I will literally close and reopen the app just to double and then triple check that we are on the same page, but when I come back at the end of the day, my whole clock is screwed up and I have no way to fix it. I hate this app, BIGROAD is better"

The help line said ``unplug it for 15 minutes then re plug it.`` Uh what? That`s not a solution if it keeps happening. When looking at the safety reports it claims I crashed my truck. Pretty sure I`d have noticed. Worst part is the random switching from PC to on duty driving. Very frustrating. I want the rand McNally back."

"I had a safety score of 100 for 2 months straight in rough winter driving conditions. According to Samsara, the company can give administrator functions/access to its dispatchers. The dispatchers can then go back up to 6 months and lower your scores if they so choose. Obviously this app cannot be used for legal purposes what-so-ever. If this were a legit app that you could use for any trusted legal function, this capability should be removed."

"My job gives us bonuses on driving and this thing don`t know what the speed limit is. I get dinged for speed and I`m gonna less the the speed says. Also could you make a YouTube video on the point system and how long it takes to get points back and how many points you lose per violation. Please update the speed in rural areas sucks getting violation when I ain`t even speeding and we get 10 miles over. YOU HAVE TO FIX THE SPEED ON THIS APP.
