"firmware updates are trash and some of the most useful features (answering/disconnecting calls) cannot be customized with the touch control. If you use these buds for any considerable amount of time, you will quickly find how easy it is to disconnect calls accidentally, or skip tracks while listening to music due to their touch-sensitivity but the ironic thing is the multi-tap sensitivity is trash. Normally I am a sennheiser man all the way but this wireless experience may be the last for me."

But, before having a panic i pair with my phone. Generally I prefer cans, buds are in my experience lackluster. They are however discrete, portable, and such. Before even downloading the app here, bruh Sennheiser for the win, these earbuds are lit. App connects and works and enhanced the bass. No complaints."
