"Good app, purpose behind it is clear and we think you for that. But, pretty much everything is delayed. "LOCALIZE PAYMENT I love it, yes it is the best, its not only giving you a summary but also cross-referencing similar books and articles, notes are awesome BUT its also the most expensive. Annualy its 4.3k Turkish lira WITH discount and its nearly one month of minimum wage. It may be affordable in USA but not in Turkey. Unless someone is rich they cant afford that. I can buy 50-100 books per year with that money, its too much for a summary-app."

"I had a good impression initially, but because of the unethical practices I feel they are ripping off the customer base. Can you respond to this? Why have you developed such a bad relationship with the consumers. Particularly with the subscription traps. I honestly think this app had the potential to be really big but if you think you can rip your customers off and get away with it for free your wrong. You wasted your potential."
