"so I loved this app until my office changed me to primary lease owner and now I cannot log in & it keeps saying my info can`t be found. the office has all my info correct and they have no idea how to fix this! this was a 5⭐ app until my mom got taken off as primary owner since she passed away and now I have no access! no one can fix this! please help. it`s been multiple attempts to tech you and every time I get my username and I get told the problem is fixed and I still can`t log in! insane"
