"This app works perfectly granted that you have the correct DVD player! I first bought the GP95 and that did not work. The GP96, which is in the list of supported devices, was not available at the time. I then contacted Hitachi-LG telling them that it was impossible to find the GP96 anywhere online. The same day they replied that now the GP96 is listed on Amazon US and I bought that."

"I have a Xiaomi Android TV box and a Hitachi-LG Data Storage GP95NB70 Slim Portable DVD Writer, so theoretically the app should work perfectly. Sadly, it doesn`t work at all. :-(( Although I grant the necessary permission for the app to access the DVD player, the USB is not detected. I wish I hadn`t bought the GP95NB70. True DVD for Android TV turned out to such a disappointment. If I could, I would give True DVD minus five stars."

2) Android Set-Top box : Service provider Set-Top boxs
3) Android TV box : Nvidia, Xiaomi, others(need USB Type A/C port for storage)
※ This app. might have some compatibility issues depending on devices.
* Support Portable DVD Writer
- Model : KP95+ / KP99 / GP96 / GP75Y / GP78Y
* Guide for connecting this application to a portable DVD writer :
1. Connect a supported portable DVD writer and smart device according to user`s manual.
2. Click `OK` on pop-up window to choose DiscLink or TrueDVD for USB device on Android TV.
※ Note : At this time, please execute it with pushing `JUST ONCE` after selecting TrueDVD
If you execute it with pushing `ALWAYS`, you can`t execute DiscLink App in next ODD connection
In this case, please connect ODD after cancelling `LAUNCH BY DEFAULT` of TureDVD at Apps menu in Settings on smart device.
3. TrueDVD will start on smart device and connection will be completed.
