"Does what it claims to do on my FX6... but it`s utility is limited. It would be a more useful app, if you had better control of the Focus with: - Focus Peaking - Focus Magnification - Tap to Focus - Change Focus settings (Wide, Area, Spot / Face Priority etc) It would be ideal, if you could use your CBM to have the same functionality as the detachable on camera screen. This way you could use a phone/tablet instead of the screen."

"Sony is very interested in making it known you can control your camera with your smartphone. While it is true to some extent, the app doesn`t allow full control of advanced settings. Zoom, start and stop recording are there, but the app promised nfc capabilities that I can`t find anywhere which leads me to the fact that it is a cumbersome UI. Also the phone`s OS back button doesn`t work, you have to use the back button built into the app located at the top. The app feels like a cheap port of an iPhone app."
