"Everything is easy and smooth except for picking seats for each flight. You pick a seat that is available, pick it, then suddenly get a popup in Korean. Why not fix it so for the ticket type I bought or membership status is correct. Very frustrating. I am a Diamond member and cannot pick Diamond approved seats."
