"Accor bought all the Fairmont Hotels in 2021, so they are booked through the Accor app. This Staytus app: a) got hung up after it asked for my location, b) said it could not book a room, and c) I got a scam text as soon as I downloaded it. The Accor app had the hotel I wanted to book - their app is the correct one to use. This one seems like a scam."
