"keeps cutting off instructor. I have to exit class then rejoin to see what is going on. Audio continues but I can not see anything. 4/28/19 app works well for iOS, but I can not see enough on my iphone screen when music sheets are shown. My Samsung tablet runs Android and app goes into ``lockout`` mode, as other people experienced. I called customer service, then it worked for a few weeks. Since Friday night it keeps asking for my name but will not accept it. Locked out till they open Monday."
