DESCRIPTION
Мобильное приложение InvaParking предназначено для фиксации правонарушений на местах автотранспортной парковки, обозначенной для стоянки автомобилей людей с инвалидностью.
Собранные данные от каждого из пользователей попадают в единую базу данных ОО «Республиканская ассоциация инвалидов-колясочников» (ОО «РАИК»). С периодичностью 1 раз в две недели ОО «РАИК», на основе поступивших фактов нарушений, отправляет письменные заявления в отделения ГАИ на чьих территориях выявлены нарушители. Не важно в каком населённом пункте зафиксирован нарушитель, гарантированно будет отправлено заявление в ГАИ.
Поскольку заявления о правонарушении будут отправлены от имени юридического лица (организации), то в соответствии с законодательством, данные обращения должны быть обязательно рассмотрены отделами ГАИ.
Предупреждаем об ответственности за заведомо ложное заявление либо объяснение!
