"They lack ethics and morals. If you get a job that takes 8 hours to complete, the person who does eight 1-hour jobs in a day has a better opportunity to get more jobs. It`s unfair. The people who run this app don`t care about you, they act like a mafia and behind closed doors, they will do everything to ruin your business if you tell them the app has issues and needs to be fixed. They rather ruin your business before fixing issues. They don`t honor their happiness pledge. I have evidence/ proof."

Whenever I would text with a client the text function slows down, freezes then just shuts down kicking me off the app. I contacted their chat support multiple times they didn`t resolve the issue. They need better development and functionality to problem solve. Thank goodness this wasn`t happening while I was on a job."
