"Contacted support many times with no avail. Even with lower security settings and ssid broacasting it will not connect the device to the app. I am awaiting an upgrade? I have tried multiple cell phones too. Update: I made the wireless password even simpler (8 numbers). I was able to connect. But guess what? I can only connect while on my home wifi. I cannot control while off home wifi. Very lame."
