"When you claim your free appetizer it actually starts a timer and you have one hour to use it. So, I went to The Rock and ordered an appetizer and a pizza. The server asked to see the timer which had plenty of time but then told me a manager had to be present to validate it, which there wasn`t one. So, not only did I have to pay for that appetizer, once the timer ran out it couldn`t be claimed again. Pretty shady."
