My mom flew across the country to help me plan my wedding. Not only was I planning on having it cleaned for when she got here (not happening) but now her trip itinerary is getting impacted because the second cleaner cancelled cause they weren`t feeling well. 2 in a row, in 3 days. I didn`t even get a heads up text or anything. Garbage company."

"Really poor customer service. Might be different if they had a phone number you could call, but they don`t. So instead of speaking to a person in real-time, I have been emailing back and forth with one of their agents for almost 3 weeks over an issue that shouldn`t be this complicated. Why should I be charged a cancellation fee when I cancelled after the homekeeper indicated she was going to be at least 20 minutes late to the appointment?? Do yourself a favor and use another service."

There are puddles of water on the floor and on every counter top. There is dog hair on the floor in VERY noticeable places. The floors are a sticky mess. I happened to walk in while he was ``mopping`` and you could see plainly he hadn`t swept or vaccumed before dumping water on the floor. spent an hour cleaning his mess."
