Did not respond to my messages, and the phone number listed on the Tidy App site, no one responded. Unfortunately a really horrible experience with what could be a great app. So disappointing."

"They precharge you days in advance so I had to request a refund. I did receive it. I then sent them a message saying that some of the features I`m not able to figure out how to use & I`ve been unable to find a tutorial. I also don`t like that I cannot alter the number of hours I need the cleaning, you cannot choose your cleaner they are assigned and I cannot choose how much I want to pay its $25 an hour always. So this company doesn`t appreciate tactful customer feedback. They blocked me 🤐"
