"They just want you to pay them monthly, but can`t even fix my phone for the $29 they stated in their plan. I tried filing a claim, they now want over 100 bucks. I`ve been paying $13/mo for this ``protection plan`` for 2 years now, they won`t fix my phone unless I pay them more than what they quoted... all of this was for nothing. Money lost, and still have a damaged phone. Pathetic!"
